New this year is a Teams Competition that will be taking place on Sunday (Sept. 30th). The Teams will consist of 2 Men and 2 Women, and they'll do a completely different WOD than the individuals competing on Saturday. And Yes, for those WODoholics who where wondering; you can compete as an individual on Saturday and on a Team in Sunday's WOD.

You will have the opportunity to select Rx'd or Scaled Team Division when the WOD is announced.
Individuals will compete on Saturday in Rx'd or Modified Divisions, entailing 5 Tons of lifting, and 5-K of distance. For those who plan to compete Rx'd this year, the expectation is that you can handle the Rx'd load(s) the CrossFit bench mark 'Girls' (ladies, about 2/3 of the Rx'd load). As always, Modified Division athletes rock! And will get to perform a lighter version of the same WOD - We like accessibility!

You will have the opportunity to select Rx'd or one of the Scaled Individual Divisions when the WOD is announced.
*Available Individual Divisions:
- Division A) Men's RX'd Division
- Division B) Women's Rx'd Division / Men's Scaled
- Division C) Women's Scaled Division
All of the divisions are programed to lift 5 Tons of total load and run 5 Kilometers of total distance during the Competition. Everyone has the option to scale lighter beyond Division C, however 5 Tons of load would then not be completed in the WOD.
