About

The 5 Ton 5K is an open competition for all skill levels that will combine a total of 5 Kilometers of distance with 5 Tons of lifting.  There will be Men's & Women's Rx'd divisions, as well as Men's & Women's scaled divisions.  One goal of the 5 Ton 5K is to make the event accessible and fun for everyone!

Rx'd Loads and lifts are based CrossFit's benchmark "Girls", so if you can perform the "Girls" Rx'd (or approximately 2/3rds load, for the Women's Rx'd) then you will have no problem performing the 5 Ton 5K.  But regardless, with the scaled divisions, everyone can get their "5Ton's of Fun" in!

Individual Competition is Scheduled for Saturday, September 29th.
4 Heats are scheduled to run every 1.5 hours starting at 9:00 am.
We're planning on ~70 total participants.
